Your mind cannot process the difference between you thinking something and that something actually happening. Therefore if you are constantly thinking negatively or worrying about worst case scenarios, your brain believes that they are actually occurring. You are therefore putting yourself through the unnecessary trauma of feeling the pain and emotion that you would if the event actually happened.


So give your mind and emotions a rest and stop worrying.

If it happens, it happens and until then smile
